We want you to love your MAKEUP BY MARIO products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid USPS return shipping label will be generated for you to download and print.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box or a sturdy mailer, ensuring the printed return slip is included inside the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
